Hola Familia,

How is everyone doing? Another week gone by, hard to believe. We had a good week. Saturday ended with the baptism of a young man named Jose Andres. He is super excited and will be ready to receive the Priesthood next week. We had a baptism planned for this coming up Saturday but the person that was going to get baptized wasn’t able to come to church so we are going to have to work with him to put another date.

We found a part member family this week that has been inactive for about six years. The kids are excited to get baptized and their dad wants to come back to church. The mom isn’t a member so we are teacher her too. We are pretty excited for them so we will see. They are the family Martinez.

Well the work continues here in Quevedo. Time is going by so fast. I still have more than a year left go but it doesn’t feel like enough. Hope that everyone is getting ready for General Conference, what an opportunity to be able to listen to the voice of a Prophet of God. Invite everyone that you can to listen and learn from his counsels.

Thanks for all of the letters that I received this week. The support from home always means a tons. Hope to hear from more of you this week.

Hola familia.
Como están todos. Espero que muy bien.
Another week gone by, better said another month. Before I know it im going to have a year in la misión.
This week was a more or less a ruff week. I didn’t know that the sun could get hotter than it already was. This part of year it is suppose to be raining but instead it’s just hot. ¡Solaso!
We lost three baptism dates this week. The family Mallorga, that was progressing a ton is passing through a few problems and can’t get married. So that will keep them from being able to get baptized.
We are going to continue working to find people that are waiting to listen to us. We have to focus on working through our faith again. This week will be a better week. We will have a baptism on Saturday and everything will be good.
We have to go now. Thank you all for the letters that you write me. The support from home means a lot. I hope everyone has a good week. Remember to share the Gospel with everyone!! Romans 1:17
